Paella Montserratina. The mixed parellada paella with chicken, cuttlefish, squid and prawns  (Garlic, egg, sulfites, crustaceans, mollusks and fish)

Mountain paella. The most typical of the area, with Montserrat mushrooms, pork feet and thyme allioli  (Garlic, egg, sulfites and lactose)

Paella from our garden. The vegetarian paella with vegetables and sunflower seed romesco sauce  (Garlic, celery and nuts)

“Esparreguera” paella. With cod, asparagus and tender garlic  (Garlic, celery, nuts, crustaceans and fish)

Paella “Fricandó”. With veal, mushrooms, a touch of hazelnuts and
drops of creamy peas (Nuts, garlic and sulfites)

“Cap i pota” paella. With artichokes, snow peas, “botifarra” Calaf sausages, and goat cheese alioli (Garlic, egg, sulfites, gluten and lactose)

Black rice paella with cuttlefish, squid, mussels and two peppers alioli (Garlic, sulfites, fish, crustaceans and mollusks) (sup. 2,00€)
